1. How can I change my item if it is faulty?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery time, and we will endeavor ourselves to sort this out for you.
2. Return policy
If you are not satisfied with our product, you must contact us within a week. All items sent back to us must be in original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
If returning items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs.
3. Our company delivered the wrong product (wrong size or item)
1) This incident rarely happened before, if it did, we are really sorry for such inconvenience. We hope you can understand. For avoiding the high shipping cost, we suggest you try to resell it or give it to someone else as a gift. To show our apology, we will send you a nice discount coupon as our compensation in your future order.
2) If you still prefer to return the items, please make sure that all items must be in original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. You have not to pay return shipping fee for the exchanging right order package and 0 dollars as our restocking fee. Once we receive the return items, we will inspect it and refund to you as soon as possible.
4. Delivery right product
Due to the computer screen chromatism and the different of the photo shooting point, there are some differences between practical items and the pictures on our website. It is normal. We hope you can understand.
